GSPrimo Design Inc. conducted a Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for a property located on Warehouse Street in St. Thomas, Ontario, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 153/04 under the Environmental Protection Act. The Site has a history of industrial-related land use and required an environmental assessment to support redevelopment planning and regulatory review. The Phase One ESA included a review of historical records, aerial photographs, environmental databases, and a site inspection to identify areas warranting further consideration.

The Phase Two ESA included targeted subsurface investigation activities, including soil and groundwater sampling, to further evaluate environmental conditions beneath the Site. The assessment was completed to confirm environmental conditions relevant to the proposed land use and to support project planning. GSPrimo provided engineering conclusions and recommendations appropriate to the scope of work, assisting the client in managing environmental risk and advancing the project through the planning and approval process.
