Toll Gate Boulevard, Waterloo, Ontario – Mixed Commercial / Residential Development
GSPrimo Design Inc. completed a hydrogeological investigation for a proposed mixed commercial and residential development located at 255 Toll Gate Boulevard in Waterloo, Ontario. The study was undertaken to support design and permitting requirements associated with the proposed development and to address regulatory expectations of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). A Study Area extending approximately 500 metres beyond the Site was considered to evaluate local hydrogeological conditions relevant to the project.
The scope of work included subsurface investigation, installation of groundwater monitoring wells, groundwater level monitoring, and assessment of shallow groundwater conditions, including groundwater flow characteristics. GSPrimo provided professional hydrogeological observations and recommendations related to potential construction and long-term groundwater considerations, supporting informed project planning and regulatory review within the defined scope of the investigation.
