GSPrimo Design Inc. completed a Slope Stability Assessment Report for a residential property located at Greenwood Avenue in London, Ontario, following a recent slope failure along the eastern boundary of the Site. The assessment was completed to support slope stabilization planning, remedial design, and regulatory coordination within the jurisdiction of the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA).
The scope of work included site survey, geotechnical investigation, groundwater monitoring, slope stability analysis, and evaluation of erosion and setback requirements. GSPrimo provided slope stabilization and drainage management recommendations, along with documentation suitable for review by the Conservation Authority and project stakeholders, to support long-term slope performance and safe construction adjacent to the valley/slope feature.
