Currie Road, Wallacetown, Ontario – Residential Subdivision Development
GSPrimo Design Inc. conducted a hydrogeological investigation for a proposed residential subdivision located at 9295 Currie Road in Wallacetown, Ontario. The investigation was completed to support subdivision design and permitting, including assessment of groundwater conditions associated with residential development, servicing, and long-term site performance. A 500-metre Study Area was reviewed to place site conditions within the broader hydrogeological context.
The scope included borehole drilling, installation of groundwater monitoring wells, groundwater level monitoring, and evaluation of potential construction and post-construction groundwater considerations. GSPrimo provided professional hydrogeological recommendations to support regulatory review and advance the project through the municipal approval process, consistent with the defined scope and design assumptions.
