Daniel Street South, Arnprior, Ontario – Commercial Development (Micropile Foundation Design)
GSPrimo Design Inc. completed a micropile foundation design for a proposed commercial development located on Daniel Street South in Arnprior, Ontario, situated in proximity to an existing slope. The use of deep foundations was required to address site-specific geotechnical and geometric constraints while supporting the proposed development.
The scope of work included micropile layout and structural design, with consideration of axial load capacity, constructability, and compatibility with the site conditions. GSPrimo provided engineering design and recommendations to support a safe and efficient foundation solution, allowing the project to advance while managing geotechnical and slope-related considerations within the defined scope of work.
