GSPrimo Design Inc. completed a preliminary hydrogeological investigation for a proposed residential subdivision located at Church Street and Gunn Street in Wallacetown, Ontario. The assessment was undertaken to support subdivision planning and regulatory review, with consideration of groundwater conditions at the Site and within a surrounding 500-metre Study Area.
The scope of work included monitoring well installation, groundwater observations, and evaluation of hydrogeological conditions relevant to the proposed residential lots and anticipated servicing approach. GSPrimo provided preliminary hydrogeological input and recommendations to support planning assumptions and future design, recognizing that further refinement may be required as the project advances.
