GSPrimo Design Inc. conducted a hydrogeological investigation for a proposed high-rise residential development located at 239–251 Mill Street in Kitchener, Ontario. The assessment was completed to support planning and permitting requirements for an urban infill development consisting of a multi-storey residential building with associated parking and landscaped areas.

The investigation involved evaluation of site geology and groundwater conditions, with consideration of shallow groundwater behaviour and its relevance to the proposed development. GSPrimo provided engineering guidance and hydrogeological recommendations appropriate to the project stage, assisting the client in addressing groundwater-related considerations during design development and regulatory coordination.
