GSPrimo completed a geotechnical investigation for a large commercial retail development located at Hollingshead Road and Clarke Road in Ingersoll, Ontario. The project included multiple single-storey commercial buildings, large paved parking areas, and multiple site access points, requiring detailed subsurface characterization to support construction.
The investigation included sixteen boreholes, soil sampling, laboratory testing, and detailed stratigraphic evaluation. Based on the findings, GSPrimo provided foundation design recommendations, earthworks and grading guidance, site servicing considerations, and pavement design criteria. The geotechnical work supported cost-effective construction solutions while ensuring compliance with municipal and provincial engineering standards.
