Clive Road, Kitchener, Ontario – Mid-Rise Residential Development
GSPrimo conducted a geotechnical investigation for a residential development consisting of multiple three- and four-storey buildings located on Clive Road in Kitchener, Ontario. The project required detailed subsurface evaluation to support foundation design, site grading, and servicing for a multi-unit residential site in an urban setting.
The investigation included borehole drilling using Geoprobe equipment, in-situ testing, and laboratory analysis to assess soil stratigraphy and bearing capacity. GSPrimo provided foundation recommendations, earthworks guidance, and pavement design criteria, allowing the development team to proceed with confidence through design and municipal review. The work focused on delivering practical, constructible solutions while minimizing delays during the approval and construction phases.
